Malakoff’s Prai Power Plant Wins

NOSH Excellence Award 2017

Prai Power Plant (PPP), a subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff) won the National Occupational Safety and Health (NOSH) Excellence Award 2017 for the Energy Facility category by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), under the Ministry of Human Resources.

The event, held at The Royale Chulan, Kuala Lumpur was officiated by Dato’ Sri Ismail Abd Muttalib, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Human Resources. During the event, Ir Mohd Raziff Embi, Plant Manager of PPP was present to receive the award.

The prestigious NOSH Excellence Award is a recognition at the national level for individuals, media, journalists and various organisations with excellent track records in its occupational health and safety practices at workplace.

PPP was amongst the three short-listed organisations, after going through a rigorous selection process and assessment.
