MMC PLSB Participates in IGEM 2017

MMC Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd (MMC PLSB), a Member of MMC Group participated in the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM 2017) organised by the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA) at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

IGEM 2017 is a platform for the key drivers within the Malaysian Government’s Green Technology mandate and the ultimate goal of IGEM is towards positioning Malaysia as a Green Technology Hub for the ASEAN Region.

The launching ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili, Minister of Energy, Green Technology & Water, on the second day of the event. He then visited the Langat Centralized Sewage Treatment Plant Project (CSTP) Model which was exhibited under the same booth of KeTTHA.

During the event, Ir. Dr. Tony Chan, General Manager of Engineering and Technical from MMC Corporation Berhad delivered a knowledge sharing talk on the Execution of Langat Sewerage Treatment facilities and Its Conveyance System. Through this event, MMC PLSB provided awareness to the agencies and public on Langat CSTP project that promotes the most current innovations and initiatives of sewerage technology in the industry.
