MMC Group Health, Safety And Environmental Week 2017
YBhg Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh, Group Managing Director of MMC Corporation Berhad officiated the MMC Group Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Week 2017 at Wisma Budiman, Kuala Lumpur. Also present at the event were senior management and employees of MMC Corporation Berhad.
The theme ‘Value Life, Value Safety’ was celebrated exclusively through video conferences with the Group of Companies from all three divisions. In his speech, YBhg Dato’ Sri Che Khalib highlighted the company‘s undivided commitment towards safety and health of the employees.
During the launch, YBhg Dato' Sri Che Khalib urged all employees to make MMC and its operating companies as the safest workplace. He concluded in his speech by reminding the employees that there is no greater value than their lives. “Nothing should be more valuable to us than ensuring that we leave home for work and return to our families safely”, he said.
Several activities were organised in conjunction with MMC Group HSE Week, including health and safety talks and exhibitions, basic health screening by Institut Jantung Negara, eye inspection by KL Eye Specialist Centre, ‘Healthy Food Corner’ by Dahmakan.com, Fight Aedes Mosquito Campaign, Go Green Campaign, Aerobic session and many more.
