Senai Airport Organises Inaugural

Vendor Town Hall 2018

Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (Senai International Airport), a member of MMC Group, organised its first ever vendor town hall as part of its stakeholders engagement initiatives in building stronger vendor relationship. The event, which was held at the Senai Business Aviation Terminal, saw more than 120 attendees from various registered services and facilities providers.

Md Derick Basir, Chief Executive Officer of Senai International Airport, kicked-off the event with a speech highlighting the airport’s latest development and direction for the year 2019, while emphasizing the importance of coexistence between the airport and its vendors in providing facilities and services to cater the growing number of passengers year by year.

The session continued with comprehensive presentations by representatives from Procurement, Aviation Security and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) departments on the latest policies and procedures in relation to the procurement and tendering processes as well as policies related to respective departments.
