TNB and Malakoff Bond over Football and Netball

Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff), a member of MMC Group, held football and netball friendly matches with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) on 26 October 2018 at Padang Kelab Kilat TNB in Bangsar. The games were aimed at strengthening the working relationship between the employees of Malakoff and TNB at the working level, through recreational activities.

60 players from Malakoff and TNB were involved in the matches which promptly started at 5.30 pm.    The footballers played in good spirits and showed their skills on the field. However, TNB had the home advantage playing in their field, which resulted in TNB scoring a goal in the first and second halves of the match.

In the third half, the players from Malakoff grew more determined to score a goal. In the end, they managed to score a goal in the final minutes of the game but TNB ultimately won with a score of 2-1.

The netball teams also showed great sportsmanship during their match. TNB’s quick pace proved to be too hard to match by their opponents. TNB emerged victorious as the match concluded with a score of 22 against 11.
