Penang Port Gives Back to Education Through MMC Smart Circle

Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Penang Port), a member of MMC Group, contributed teaching materials to Sekolah Menengah Agama Ibrah, Permatang Pauh and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Datuk Onn, Butterworth as part of the MMC Smart Circle programme. The MMC Smart Circle programme is one of MMC Group’s CSR initiatives which utilises the zakat fund.

“Education is the key to success and the future of our nation depends on all of you. We are pleased to have done our part in improving the welfare of our community. Don’t forget to read your books”, Mr Sasedharan Vasudevan, CEO of Penang Port joked with the students at the handover ceremony.
