Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (SATSSB), a member of MMC Group, hosted Kertih Airport Appreciation Dinner 2020 at Kelab Golf & Rekreasi PETRONAS, Kertih.

The appreciation dinner was held to commemorate the first-year anniversary of SATSSB’s managing the Kertih Airport’s operations and to express appreciation towards the employees, government agencies, aircraft operators, and airlines for their continuous support and commitment in ensuring the airport runs efficiently.  

Throughout 2019, SATSSB had carried out and implement various initiatives to further enhance the operations and services at Kertih Airport. Amongst the initiatives were - enhancement on the compliance and regulatory requirements; improvement on the documentation and processes; building and facilities upkeeping and maintaining workplace health and safety. The ongoing initiatives have improved the efficiency and led SATSSB to achieve operational cost savings by 30%.

SATSSB is committed to maintain the good relationship and collaboration with its stakeholders and determined to keep improving the operations, service quality and the facilities of Kertih Airport.
