MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC) collaborated with DRB-Hicom to organise a ‘Speaking Engagement with Global Speakers’ session on the 24 and 25 May 2016. The event, held at Centre of Excellence Proton, Subang Jaya was attended by a total of 212 employees within MMC Group.
The leadership talk consisted of several engaging series on customer experience and leadership by multiple global speakers. The target audience for the programme was the middle management and above including the CEOs of the Company. The top-down approach would be paramount to determine the success rate of the implementation of the programme within these two Companies, where the top management team will plan and direct the strategy whereas the middle management will be responsible for the execution while supporting and coordinating the management of change.
