On 14 and 15 May 2016, Northport’s Senior Management team attended the MMC Group Culture Internalisation Programme held at the Institut Latihan Pos Malaysia in Bangi. The programme is an initiative by MMC to internalise the Group’s vision, mission and values by its operating companies within the MMC Group.
The programme aimed to strengthen the spirit of unity between MMC and the Operating Companies as well as to lead and sustain the MMC Group culture in respective Operating Companies.
Apart from Northport, Kontena Nasional Berhad and JP Logistics Sdn Bhd were also part of this inaugural programme involving a total of 30 participants.
Group Managing Director of MMC Corporation Berhad, YBhg Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh shared with the participants MMC’s aspirations to be internalised will be embraced by all employees within the Group. At the end of the session, each Operating Company involved presented their respective corporate values to YBhg Dato’ Sri Che Khalib, in line with MMC Group’s values and culture as deliberated throughout the session.
