On 17 August 2016, Johor Port Berhad’s subsidiary, JP Logistics Sdn Bhd (JPLogistics) signed the Corporate Integrity Pledge with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). The signing of the pledge was led by Encik Md Zulnorrain Md Yassin, JPLogistics Chief Operating Officer.


YBhg Dato’ Simi Abdul Ghani, Johor MACC Director was also present to give his welcoming speech and officiate the auspicious occasion.


The signing of the Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP) signifies JPLogistics’ commitment to uphold the 5 Anti-Corruption Principles for Corporations, as well as implementing the Corporate Integrity System Malaysia (CISM) to synchronise their practices with the global integrity standards.
