On 20 August 2016, Senai Airport City Sdn Bhd (SAC), a Member of MMC Group, participated in a charity run to support the Palliative Care Association of Johor Bahru (PCAJB). Organised by Le Grandeur Palm Resort in Senai, the Charity Sunset Run 4 Fund 2016 is aimed to assist PCAJB to generate donations for their cause and to promote awareness of palliative care in Johor Bahru. The event had attracted some 400 participants to join the charity run.

PCAJB is a non-profit organisation providing assistance and support to life-threatening disease patients and their families through prevention efforts, relief of suffering by means of early identification, impeccable assessment, treatment of pain and other problems, as well as physical, psychosocial and spiritual support.

SAC’s participation in the event is part of SAC’s commitment in its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to society and in particular to the stakeholders within the Senai community.
