Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff) headquarters in Kuala Lumpur recently organised a Hari Raya get-together on 6 July 2017. The event that was held at Malakoff Academy of Excellence (MAX) managed to establish great team spirit and foster a closer relationship amongst Malakoff staff.

The event was graced by Malakoff’s newly appointed Chairman, YBhg. Datuk Haji Hasni Harun and member of the Board, YBhg. Datuk Dr. Syed Muhamad bin Syed Abdul Kadir.

Six groups were formed according to their floors and participated in the competitions during the event such as Baju Raya Terbaik, Hiasan Gerai, Persembahan Ringkas, Juadah Istimewa, Kaki Karaoke Raya dan Foto Raya Terbaik.

For Hiasan Gerai competition, each group was required to create a short performance according to their raya menu and stall theme. Level 9 which decorated their stall with the theme of “Beraya di Kampong” was chosen as the winner.

Each group also presented one Raya dish for Juadah Istimewa competition such as rendang kerbau daun puding, lemang periuk kera, nasi dagang, pulut kuning, daging ketuk, rendang daging masak hitam dan rendang ayam salai. Rrendang kerbau daun pudding dish by Level 11 was selected as the winner for Juadah Istimewa competition.

Alhamdulillah, the celebration received an overwhelming response from Malakoff staff. Most importantly, we hope that the close relationship between staff will last forever.
