Kelab Sukan & Rekreasi Northport (KSRN) organised a sepak takraw competition for its members from 17 February to 10 March 2016. The competition took place at the Club House where 14 teams competed to win the title which offers medals and cash prizes.

The semi-final and final competitions were held on 10 March 2016 where team Northport STT clinched the championship title after beating team Gelombang FC in a very tight final match. The third place was taken by Port Auxiliary Police team while team Libas Padu won fourth place. All prizes were given away by the KSRN President, En Abdul Aziz Burhanuddin.
