KeTTHA Scored 4-1 Over Malakoff
On 11 March 2016, Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff), a Member of MMC Group, successfully held a friendly football match between Malakoff and Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA) at Stadium Majlis Sukan Negara, Bukit Jalil. The objectives of the friendly match were to strengthen the good working relationship and build rapport between Malakoff and KeTTHA.
The match was also highly anticipated by both teams as the last time they went head-to-head with each other was seven years ago. KeTTHA orchestrated attacks against Malakoff in the first half that resulted in them leading the game 2-0. The attacks became more aggressive in the second half, resulting in KeTTHA scoring another goal to make the score 3-0. Malakoff stepped up their game and with the support of the other team players, produced the only goal for Malakoff, which was scored by En Ainor Khaliq Anuarudin.
At the final whistle, KeTTHA proved to be the better team by winning the match with a score of 4-1 against Malakoff and claimed the Malakoff-KeTTHA championship trophy for 2016.
