From August to the end of September 2016, 40 selected Form 4 students from four secondary schools within the Gelang Patah area participated in the PTP 2016 English Communications Workshop organised by Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP).

The programme consisting of four sessions, was held at PTP Port Briefing Room, Wisma A. Four professional tutors appointed by the Johor Bahru District Education Department and several PTP Management officers acted as guest tutors alongside the professional tutors during the sessions.

The programme aims to give students the opportunity to enhance their understanding and confidence in mastering the English language.

This series of workshops is part of PTP’s corporate social responsibility almanac for 2016. PTP cares greatly about the education and community development, especially for the future leaders in which it operates.
