Employees of MMC Group Celebrate Federal Territories Day With KL Run & Ride Event
MMC Group of Companies, central region participated in the KL Run and Ride event at the Federal Territories Youth and Sports Complex in Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur. The fun run programme covering a distance of 5 kilometers (km) and 30 km leisure cycling were organised by the Parliament of Titiwangsa in conjunction with Federal Territories Day celebration.
The event, themed ‘Family and Health’, was officiated by YB Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, Finance Minister ll and Member of the Parliament of Titiwangsa. Also present were Datuk Azizul Rahman, Secretary of Titiwangsa Division, Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh, Group Managing Director of MMC Corporation Berhad and a few senior management members from MMC Group.
More than fifty employees of MMC Group participated in the running and cycling activities. Other fun filled programmes during the event include cooking demo by the renown celebrity chef, Chef Wan alongside his daughter Serina Redzuawan, local artist performances, games for children, hot air balloon rides, health medical screening services, lucky draws and many more.
MMC’s participation in the event was part of the Group’s initiative to encourage employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a fun and relaxing environment.
