On 10 May 2016, MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC) held its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur.
The AGM was chaired by YBhg Tan Sri Dato' Seri Shamsul Azhar Abbas, Chairman of MMC and was attended by more than 800 shareholders and proxies.
During the meeting, MMC announced its Financial Year result with a strong profit in 2015 by achieving a Profit After Tax and Minority Interests (PATMI) of RM1.664 billion despite a decline in its revenue to RM5.057 billion from RM8.766 billion in FY2014.
MMC declared a total dividend payout of 3.8 sen per share, an increased compared to 3.5 sen per share in the previous year.
