MMC Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd (MMC PLSB) held its inaugural team building programme at Tanah Aina Fahaad, Ulu Dong, Raub Pahang, from 21 to 22 May 2016. The event saw a full participation of its 86 employees including Senior Management from MMC Corporation Berhad.

In the spirit with the theme “Unity” the 2 days 1 night intensive programme, participants went through a host of activities that emphasised on character building, team coordination and close bonding to become a unit of formidable and high achievers. A town hall session was also held where the Director of MMC PLSB, Ir. Chee Weng Loon presented the overview of MMC Group and MMC Engineering & Construction division. Participants later unanimously joined the project’s Commitment Pledge as the closure for day 1 event.  

Day 2 continued with more exciting programmes with activities in relevance to teamwork in a project and it ended with certificate presentation by the Head, Group of Human Resource, En Izham Ab Wahab to all participants. Thumbs up everyone!
