PPSB Supports the Development

of Students Through MMC Smart Circle Programme

Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB), a Member of MMC Group, organised its MMC Smart Circle programme, aimed at assisting students by providing learning materials as well as enhancing academic growth and inculcate good reading habits among students.

A total of RM15,000 worth of education materials were contributed to three schools in Penang namely Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Abdullah Munshi, SMK Perempuan Seri Mutiara and SMK Raja Tun Uda. Mr Sasedharan Vasudevan, Chief Executive Officer of PPSB was present to witness the distribution ceremony to the respective schools.

In his speech, he hoped that providing the educational materials would assist the schools to enhance their learning process and enabling their students to deliver excellent results in preparation for the upcoming examinations.

The programme was part of PPSB’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to improve the social and economic well-being of its communities through education.
