JPB Continues its Determination in

Achieving Excellence at Work

Johor Port Berhad (JPB), a Member of MMC Group, organised a motivational programme titled “7A Formula to Excellence” held at JPB’s Training Hall.

Dato’ Dr Danial Zainal Abidin, a well-known motivational speaker who was also one of the main panelists of a television programme titled Halaqah on TV9, was invited to deliver the motivational talk.  

The programme, reinforced JPB’s principles namely Takwa, Iman, Ehsan known as TIE and Dedication, Integrity, Discipline known as DID. In his talk, Dato’ Dr Danial emphasised on the excellence aspects to be applied in everyone’s life in order to be successful using the 7As Formula. The 7As Formula consists of good values such as Autentik, Akidah, Amal Salih, Awlawiyat, Akhlak, Amanah Integriti and Amal Makruf Nahi Mungkar. More than 200 employees of JPB attended the session including the management team.

The motivational programme was part of JPB’s initiatives to further spur its employees to strive for excellence. It is about being the best, striving to be better, with an eye to delivering quality services. It is hoped that the knowledge shared by Dato’ Dr Danial will create a positive change within the employees.
