MMC Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (MMCES), a member of MMC Group successfully organised a seminar on Ergonomics at Work Environment at Wisma Zelan, Kuala Lumpur. The event was held in collaboration together with Health and Safety Department and Poliklinik UKM Kesihatan, Bandar Baru Bangi.

The seminar provided good insights on various ergonomics issues such as how to prevent ergonomic injuries in the workplace, understand the risk of workplace to our health, as well as ergonomics symptoms and risk factors.

The seminar was delivered by Dr Syed Mohd Nabil Syed Ahmad, Principal Occupational Health Doctor and Senior Resident Doctor, Poliklinik UKM Kesihatan.

During the seminar, the speaker demonstrated a proper lifting technique with a right posture position and participants had a chance to do a Body Symptoms Survey to detect any symptoms of MSD.
