Penang Port Organises Chinese

New Year Celebration Dinner 2020

Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB), a member of MMC Group, held a Chinese New Year Celebration Dinner at Spice Garden, Hompton by The Beach Penang.

During the event, Dato’ Syed Mohamad bin Syed Murtaza, Chairman of PPSB, gave a warm welcome and acknowledged the customers and port users for their continuous support towards PPSB. Also present were, Jeffrey Chew Gim Eam, Chairman of Penang Port Commission (PPC), Monaliza Suhaimi, General Manager of PPC, Sasedharan Vasudevan, Chief Executive Officer of PPSB and PPSB’s management team.

This annual event was conducted to celebrate Chinese New Year with customers and port users with the aim at strengthening business relationship as part of PPSB’s continuous engagement effort with its stakeholders. It is a platform for PPSB’s management team to have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with customers and port users to understand current business requirement better in delivering beyond excellence services.   

Customers and port users were delighted, satisfied and grateful to be part of the celebration’s dinner. In short, PPSB hopes that customers and port users will keep the momentum together to face the challenging year of 2020.
