Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group, organised a knowledge-sharing programme with the topic titled ‘Istiqamah dalam Kecemerlangan’. The motivational-talk based programme was organised by Northport’s InCITE Committee and delivered by the renowned celebrity speaker, Ustaz Don Daniyal Don Biyajid. InCITE is an abbreviation for Northport’s core values namely Integrity, Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork and Excellence.

The programme held at CBM Hall in Northport, was participated in-person by 60 employees while other members of TeamNorthport joined the programme virtually via Zoom platform. With the record-breaking throughput and financial performance achieved in 2021, the programme aimed at driving the momentum built among Northport employees to continue the excellent performance and positive energy to strive for more success in the future.

Ustaz Don Daniyal is a freelance speaker and television host and was a lecturer at the International Islamic University Malaysia College. He is currently the General Manager of KUISCELL Sdn Bhd. Ustaz Don Daniyal completed his degree in Bachelor of Quran and Sunnah majoring in Takhassus Qiraat at Maahad Qiraat Al-Azhar Shoubra, Egypt.

It is hoped that the knowledge-sharing programme has not only boosted the employees’ morale but also strengthened the employees’ commitment to continue embracing ‘Excellence’ mindset and attitude, in line with Northport’s core values.
