Senai International Airport Holds a Blood Donation Drive In Partnership with Hospital Sultanah Aminah

Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (Senai International Airport), a member of MMC Group, collaborated with Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru to conduct a blood donation drive at the Aeromall.

The blood donation drive has received an overwhelming participation from 70 donors contributing a total of 18,000 milliliters of blood from various types, indicating that more than 130 lives could be saved (a single blood bag may save up to three lives).

The campaign successfully brought together employees of Senai International Airport from all departments and the airport community namely Royal Malaysian Police, Royal Malaysian Customs, Immigration Department, airlines, tenants as well as visitors from the surrounding area.

“I would like to thank the management team of Senai International Airport for their effort in this campaign which aims to support the blood bank reserve especially during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Dr Anjah Anifah Ahmad, a representative from Hospital Sultanah Aminah.
