#TeamMalakoff Rallies Support for

Flood-Affected Staff

Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff), a member of MMC Group, handed over a donation of RM8,580 to six Malakoff employees whose homes and belongings were badly ravaged by the flash floods.

The donation was handed over by Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Malakoff on behalf of #TeamMalakoff. The ceremony was held at Malakoff’s Kuala Lumpur Headquarters, Plaza Sentral and was also attended by Raja Iskandar Raja Mukhtaruddin, Head of People Division Malakoff.

Initiated by the Stakeholder Management Department and People Division, the donation was collected through a donation drive among #TeamMalakoff where the workforce rallied to demonstrate their show of compassion towards each other, especially during troubled times.

Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib hopes that the contribution would not only help ease their burden in this trying time but will further solidify the camaraderie between #TeamMalakoff. Earlier this year, the Company had also taken an initiative to help and provide financial assistance to victims of the flash floods to ease their burden.
