Kontena Nasional Berhad (KNB), a Member of MMC Group organised several integrity awareness briefings with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) at all of its branches.
The first briefing was held in Penang branch followed by Johor, Kuantan and Port Klang branch before ending at Headquarters, in Petaling Jaya on 17 and 23 May 2017.
The awareness talks were conducted by MACC representatives from the respective states. The programme aimed at inculcating the importance of integrity among employees of KNB and educating the employees on MACC's role in fighting corruption.
Kuantan and Penang branches also took the opportunity to sign the ‘Ikrar Bebas rasuah’ witnessed by the Datuk Tan Kang Sai, MACC Director, Awang Kok Putra and Ahmad Taufik, both, State Deputy Directors of MACC.
The integrity awareness briefings were carried out to integrate the Corporate Integrity Plan (CIP) adopted from MMC Corporation Berhad in KNB.
