PTP Welcomes Chief Executive Officer
of APM Terminals
Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), a Member of MMC Group, hosted a one–day working visit for Morten Engelstoft, Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of APM Terminals.
Mr. Engelstoft was welcomed by Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Bin Mohamad Noh, Chairman of PTP, Ian Brian James, Group CEO of MMC Port Holdings, Marco Neelsen, CEO of PTP and members of PTP Management Team.
The agenda of the visit included a comprehensive presentation on PTP’s operational and financial performances, a visit to port terminal areas as well as the New Port Utility Building (PUB) to see PTP port operations centre and Maersk Hub Operations Centre.
APM Terminals is a leading global port and cargo inland services provider with a presence in 69 countries providing the world’s most geographically balanced global terminal network with 73 ports, nine new ports under construction and ten facilities in expansion mode – along with an inland services network spanning 140 locations. A joint venture with MMC Group, APM Terminals has a 30% stake at Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
