MMCB Volunteers Share Touch of Love

With Children of Rumah Nur Sakinah

MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC) organised a visit to Rumah Nur Sakinah in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in conjunction with the upcoming Ramadan month.

MMC volunteers brought cheer and tenderness to the residents of Rumah Nur Sakinah which consisted orphans and children from underprivileged families. The programme kicked off with a friendly welcoming session by the caretakers, followed by fun activities. During the visit, Rumah Nur Sakinah was presented with grocery items to meet their daily needs, consisting rice, cooking oil, flour, sugar and other food items.

CSR programmes such as this are potential avenues to foster the spirit of volunteerism and love for unfortunate members of the public. Such initiatives also provide opportunities for members of MMC Group to extend its community outreach and build meaningful relationships with local communities.
