Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a member of MMC Group organized a Town Hall session with the Chairman of Northport, Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh. The session was attended in-person by 60 employees at CBM Hall Northport while other employees joined the session virtually via Zoom.

During the session, Dato’ Sri Che Khalib emphasized key messages for TeamNorthport to apply in their daily work. He highlighted that one of Northport’s strengths is its experienced workforce. TeamNorthport should be proud of their strength and expertise, and should continue to deliver the ‘beyond expectation’ service to their customers.

Dato’ Sri Che Khalib also stressed the importance of integrity in the workplace. He called those who practice corruption and dishonesty as ‘traitors’. He also advised TeamNorthport to be prudent in spending and practice cost savings in all work processes.

The Town Hall session served as an interactive platform for the Chairman to share the latest and important information and his aspirations for the Company with the employees of Northport while at the same time providing the employees with the opportunity to interact with the Chairman in order to ensure that all members of TeamNorthport are united and work towards a common goal.
