Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, participated in the Bowling Championship Piala Ketua Pengarah Laut at Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya.

Officiated by Dato’ Haji Baharin Dato’ Abdul Hamid, Director General of Malaysia Maritime Department and Patron of the Sports and Welfare Club of the Malaysia Marine Headquarter, the event saw participation of 40 teams comprising of various departments from ports and Government agencies. In this event, bowlers from Johor Port team, Mohd Zulkarnain Abu Kassim, Rita Kartini Mahiran, M Redzuan Abd Rahman and Abd Manap Abd Rahman was announced as the champion.

The Bowling Championship Competition was hosted by the Sports and Welfare Club of the Malaysia Marine Department aimed at strengthening working relationship and fostering higher team spirit among the employees and stakeholders.
