MMC Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMC Engineering), a member of MMC Group, organised a strategic planning retreat for its management team comprising heads of departments, senior management, and the company’s young talents at Sementra Nature Resort, Gopeng, Perak.
The programme was led by Mohd Razin Ghazali, Chief Operating Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad and Mohd Abdul Fatah Endut, Chief Executive Officer of MMC Engineering. During the session, Mohd Razin shared the company’s achievements, performance, progress of on-going projects as well as direction and targets that the company needs to achieve.
This insightful two-day one-night programme was aimed at enhancing working relationships, brainstorming for future planning and most importantly strategic thinking process that will benefit business outcomes for MMC Engineering.
With this programme and the ideas that have been presented during the session, it is hoped that MMC Engineering can move forward to be the pioneer infrastructure construction company in Malaysia.
