Seven Teams Compete to be Futsal
Champion at Malakoff Futsal Tournament
Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff), a Member of MMC Group organised a friendly futsal tournament at Ferro Futsal, Subang, Selangor for the fifth year running with participating teams from Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air (KeTTHA), the Energy Commission (EC) and Economic Planning Unit (EPU).
The tournament was one of Malakoff’s stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen the working relationship between all parties in a more relaxed environment. Four Men and three Women teams which comprised of 56 players participated in the friendly round-robin futsal tournament.
After 3 matches, Malakoff was named champion for Men’s category, followed by KeTTHA, EPU and EC. In the Women’s category, EPU, was undefeated in two matches and breezed through the tournament to claim victory, followed Malakoff and KeTTHA in second and third places respectively.
