200 Shuttlers Participate in the Northport Badminton Challenge 2017

Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), a Member of MMC Group successfully organised the Northport Badminton Challenge 2017 for its customers which include AML Shipping, Evergreen, Proton Holdings, Maersk Malaysia, Pos Logistics and many more at 89 Arena, Klang, Selangor.

The event, which drew a total of 16 companies, was officiated by Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof, Chief Executive Officer of Northport. The 2017 edition of Northport’s Badminton Challenge was conducted in a group format where each team competing in the tournament was represented by two Men’s Doubles and one Mixed Doubles.

Northport’s Conventional Cargo customer, NS Bluescope Malaysia emerged as the champion of this year’s tournament while POS Logistics and Evergreen Marine clinched second and third place respectively.

This activity was part of Northport’s stakeholder engagement sessions aimed at strengthening relationship with its stakeholder in a more fun environment.
