Johor Port Berhad, a Member of MMC Group organised its Teh Tarik Session with Chairman, Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Mohd Noh to share on his leadership journey and motivational tips on becoming an effective leader. The session, held at JPB’s Corporate Office, Pasir Gudang, Johor was attended by 50 selected employees who attended the JPB Leadership Programme.
In his speech, Dato’ Sri Che Khalib emphasised on three key words – Wisdom, Knowledge and Integrity to reflect our standing as the leading utilities and infrastructure group. He also encouraged all employees to make meaningful innovations and decisions that will drive greater efficiency at the workplace.
Also present during the event was En Shahrull Allam Shah Abdul Halim, Chief Executive Officer of JPB together with senior management team of JPB.
The event was part of JPB’s engagement session series for the Management to continuously share their direction and expectation with all employees in a relax and casual environment. The session provided valuable knowledge to employees as they were filled with inspiring stories on the chairman’s journeys and experience.
