PTPEU, a union that is representing the management employees from Supervisor to Senior Executive level had submitted their CA proposal to the management in December 2017 with the intention to commence CA negotiations. By adopting a joint-mandate approach and a series of meetings and engagements with stakeholders, the negotiations were concluded with both parties’ best interest considered.
With the signing of this CA, both parties will now enjoy better transparency, extensive collaborations and network dynamic which will enable them to contribute and gain more values as part of the common good.
