Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (Senai International Airport), conducted a Gotong Royong Muhibbah programme within the airport vicinity as part of its employees’ engagement initiative.

More than 80 employees from various divisions and departments participated in the programme. They were divided into smaller groups and assigned to take part in a gotong royong activities such as touching up the apron lines and markings, fixing the perimeter fencing at the airside area, repainting the worn-out walls in Aeromall, cleaning and upkeeping the Aeromall landscape, cargo terminal warehouse and Airport Fire Rescue Services Station.

The programme aimed at fostering camaraderie and creating a stronger sense of belonging amongst the employees while at the same time highlighting the importance of teamwork, ownership and everyone’s essential roles in building a committed and an effective organisation.
