 Kontena Nasional Berhad (Kontena Nasional), a member of MMC Group, hosted a Masak Bubur Lambuk programme with its employees at the Port Klang Branch as part of its sharing and giving initiative during Ramadan.

The spirit of gotong-royong and volunteerism is very much felt with more than 20 employees taking turn preparing and cooking the traditional dish while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures and regulations that have been set to ensure the safety and health of everyone involved in this programme. The employees from the support services and operations divisions gave a lot of cooperation to make this programme successful. The gotong-royong to cook two pots of bubur lambuk started at 9.00 am and a total of 450 porridge containers were successfully distributed to Kontena Nasional employees.

Apart from sharing the joy of breaking fast with the employees, the management also extended the support and donated essential groceries to former Kontena Nasional employees and current employees with critical illnesses to ease their burden, particularly during this festive season.
