2019 | Quarter 4

Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB); a member of MMC Group, held a Customer Appreciation Dinner at Esplanade Ballroom, Doubletree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang.

This is an annual event held by PPSB for customers and port users to express appreciation and gratitude towards them for their endless support and commitment for PPSB throughout the year of 2019.

Datuk Ian James; Group Chief Executive Officer of MMC Port Holdings Sdn Bhd, gave warm welcome during the event to almost 150 invitees. Also present at the event were Mr. Sasedharan Vasudevan; Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Radhi bin Mohamad; Chief Operating Officer and Head of Departments.

Briefly, customers were delighted throughout the event and PPSB also had a joyous engagement with customers. Overall, this event was a great platform for PPSB to receive feedback from customers and port users for better development of PPSB to soar high in 2020.
