Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (Senai International Airport), a Member of MMC Group co-organised the Senai Airport Music Weekend 2019 with Karen MusikHaus as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme for the fourth consecutive year.
During the three-day event, travellers and visitors of Senai International Airport were entertained with the variety of exceptional performances by young talents playing musical instruments, singing and dancing in a series of performance.
Senai Airport Music Weekend was designed to encourage children to express themselves through arts and music by providing them an avenue to show their talents to the public while concurrently revitalising the airport atmosphere with their musical performances.
A total of 200 children aged 1 to 18 years old performed various kinds of musical instruments including piano, guitar, violin, drum, ukulele and acoustic singing. This year’s event also introduced special family musical act by infant as young as 6 months to 3 years old, as well as martial art routine by Zen Wushu Academy students.
Senai International Airport wishes to continue organising similar CSR programmes to support young talents to unleash their potential by providing them such platform and opportunity.
