On 9 May 2024, Malakoff Corporation Berhad ("Malakoff") hosted a Raya Open House called ‘Malakoff Group Majlis Ramah Mesra Aidilfitri’ for its external stakeholders held at Zenith Hotel in Putrajaya. This special gathering brought together staff from Malakoff, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd (“Alam Flora”) – a subsidiary of Malakoff and Malakoff’s member company, Alam Flora Environmental Solutions ("AFES") and their respective business partners, aiming to foster camaraderie and further strengthen the working relationships between one another in a more relaxed setting. The event also serves as an ongoing initiative to continuously engage and effectively communicate with the respective stakeholders of the companies involved.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (“PETRA”) Yang Berhormat (“YB”) Tuan Haji Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, Deputy Secretary General (“Energy”) PETRA Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Mohammad Razif Haji Mubin, Chairman of the Energy Commission YB Tuan Mohammed Rashdan Mohd Yusof, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Energy Commission Yang Berbahagia Dato' Ir. Ts. Abdul Razib Dawood, Director General Office of Public Private Partnership Unit (“UKAS”) Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, CEO of SWCorp Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Ahmad Husaini Abdul Rahman, Group Advisor of Yayasan Al-Bukhary Yang Berbahagia Datuk Seri Abdul Aziz Shahar alongside Alam Flora’s CEO Encik Adam Saffian Ghazali, members of the Board of Directors from Malakoff and Alam Flora, as well as members of the senior management team.
Throughout the event, an enticing selection of Raya delicacies was presented, allowing attendees to savour the flavours of the festive season before Syawal draws to a close. The ambiance was further enlightened by a captivating musical performance featuring classic Raya and traditional Malay tunes, fostering a conducive atmosphere for networking and relationship-building a beyond the confines of formal business settings.
In conclusion, the event was a resounding success and we extend our sincere gratitude to all who joined us.
