PTP Welcomes Dr Azlihanis binti Abdul Hadi​

Ministry of Health Malaysia’s Familiarisation Visit

On 20 October 2022, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP), a member of MMC Group, received a familiarization visit by Dr Azlihanis Binti Abdul Hadi, Head Of Occupational And Health Unit, Ministry Of Health Malaysia (MOH) and delegation.

With the objective to showcase PTP’s occupational safety and health initiatives at the terminal and to exchange knowledge on improving and strengthening the workplace safety, the delegation was given an in-depth presentation on PTP followed by site briefings at PTP’s very own rehabilitation centre, FitPort and in-house clinic, Klinik Megazahran. The delegation then proceeded on a port tour before ending the familiarization visit.

PTP has been receiving such visits as part of PTP’s stakeholders’ engagement programme throughout 2022 that aims to strengthen bilateral relations between PTP and government agencies while at the same time to share best practises and knowledge of port operations.
