The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) formalises Priver Technology's acquisition of 11.89 acres of Free Industrial Zone (FIZ) land within the vibrant Senai Airport City, positioning Johor for further high value industrial growth.
The signing ceremony took place on 24 June 2025 at MMC Wisma Budiman, Kuala Lumpur, and was graced by Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh, Chairman of Senai Airport City, along with senior leadership from both organisations, including Henry Wu, Owner and Founder of Priver Technology. Their presence underscored a shared vision for long-term collaboration, economic development, and technological innovation.
