Gas Malaysia Berhad Conferred with two Awards at

The Edge Billion Ringgit Club Corporate Awards 2023 Ceremony

On 23 October 2023, Gas Malaysia Berhad ("Gas Malaysia") has been conferred with the Highest Return on Equity Over Three Years and Highest Growth in Profit After Tax Over Three Years under the Energy and Utilities Sector at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club Corporate Awards 2023 ceremony, held at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. The event was graced by Yang Berhormat Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry.

The awards were received by En. Ahmad Hashimi Abdul Manap, Gas Malaysia Group Chief Executive Officer. Both awards received this year marks a significant milestone for Gas Malaysia, reaffirming the company's unwavering commitment towards growth and excellence.

The Edge Billion Ringgit Club Corporate Awards are annually presented to honour the best-performing companies in Malaysia with a market capitalisation of at least RM1 billion and it is also intended to further encourage socially responsible listed companies.

This is the fifth consecutive year Gas Malaysia is reserving a recognition at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club Corporate Awards Ceremony.
