On 1 December 2023, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP), a member of MMC Group, welcomed a delegation from A.P. Moller Maersk Executive Leadership Team for a working visit to view PTP's latest development and progress.
Welcomed by Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh, Chairman of PTP, Marco Neelsen, Chief Executive Officer of PTP and PTP's senior management team, the delegation started their visit with an in-depth presentation on PTP's operational performances, the port's progress and its on-going developments and contribution of the port industry towards the nation's economic sustainability.
The delegation was then ushered to the Central Planning & Performance Office for a briefing on PTP's latest state-of-the-art Asset Digitalisation Programme. Before ending the visit, the delegation proceeded on a port tour to see PTP's container terminal, Free Zone Phase 2C - Tanjung Adang Site Project and Free Zone B area.
The working visit by A.P. Moller Maersk Executive Leadership Team was an important stakeholder engagement for the management of PTP to share the latest updates and development of the port while at the same time identifying the future progress of PTP.
