Malakoff Holds Friendly Football Tournament With Media Practitioners

On 17 November 2023, Malakoff Corporation Berhad (Malakoff), a member of MMC Group, held a friendly football tournament with media practitioners at EV Arena in Shah Alam. Simultaneously serving as an informal meetup, this momentous occasion was aimed at enhancing good working relationships with the members of the media from various industries and publications.

The event followed a four-half-round setup, allowing participants to establish a foundation before demonstrating their skills in a friendly competition, all while contending for victory.

After close to two hours, the champion of this friendly football tournament emerged as Team Media. The evening became unforgettable as each person displayed their competitive spirit, making it a night to be remembered.

This initiative is part of Malakoff's continuous engagement with its key stakeholders through activities that can further cultivate the spirit of silaturrahim while enhancing our working relationship towards fulfilling shared goals and objectives. It is also in line with our commitment towards the UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 that promotes healthy lives and well-being for all at all ages, and No. 17 that encourages stronger partnerships that will contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development.
