From 1 until 3 November 2023, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP), a member of MMC Group, participated in Transport Logistic Southeast Asia Trade Fair, organised by Messe München at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.
Transport Logistic Southeast Asia is the latest edition of the world's largest trade show for the transportation and logistics industry. Based on the established concept of the Munich exhibition in Germany, the event brought together the world's leading service providers, to meet, network and trade with top buyers from the region. The event also comprises of a high-level summit where expert speakers share key trends and insights on some of the most forward-looking topics.
On the second day of the event, Marco Neelsen, Chief Executive Officer of PTP was also featured on the main stage of the event under the Country Focus: Malaysia Session, to share his views on the topic of Pioneering Innovations in Malaysian Logistics, hosted by Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA). Also featured alongside Marco were Mark Jason Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of MASkargo; Musdalifa Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of Ground Team Red and Fong Lai Lyn, Chieftain of Pathway who acted as the moderator of the session.
Messe München organises leading global events for the transport, logistics, and air freight industries. Transport Logistic Southeast Asia is the latest in a series of flagship fairs that include India (Mumbai), China (Shanghai), Turkey (Istanbul), South Africa (Johannesburg), the U.S. (Miami), and the world's largest logistics event in Munich (Germany).
