On 20 November 2024, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, welcomed a delegation from Barry Callebaut, the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products. The visit was led by Zarinah Begum Kamal Batcha, Regional Freight Operations Manager, along with a team of 15 representatives, for a day of engagement and knowledge sharing.
The visit began with a detailed corporate presentation by Johor Port, showcasing the port's comprehensive operations, innovative logistics solutions and its strategic role in facilitating regional trade.
Following the presentation, the delegation participated in a guided tour of the port, gaining firsthand insights into the port's facilities and operational efficiencies. The tour included visits to the Container Terminal and Warehousing Facilities, demonstrating Johor Port's capabilities in handling diverse cargo requirements.
