Tanjung Bruas Port Welcomes Bintulu Port Authority

On 6 December 2024, Tanjung Bruas Port Sdn Bhd (Tanjung Bruas Port), a member of MMC Group, warmly welcomed a delegation from the Bintulu Port Authority (Bintulu Port) for an official visit to share insight on the port facilities and management. The 11-member delegation, who were led by Anuar bin Aikne, Bintulu Port's Assistant General Manager, and Captain Haji Zakhir Khan bin Yusop, visited Tanjung Bruas Port as part of the company's initiative to explore the operations of other ports and exchange valuable insights on port management and operational strategies.

The discussions focused on encouraging collaboration and finding best practices to enhance efficiency and sustainability in the maritime sector. During the visit, the delegation was given a chance to explore Tanjung Bruas Port through an informative briefing that showcased Tanjung Bruas Port's overall infrastructure and operations.

The Bintulu Port delegation also took a friendly tour of the port's facilities, where they had the opportunity to have a closer look on how Tanjung Bruas Port operates its operations. This visit served as an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and insights on industry best practices, as well as explore innovative approaches towards port management to improve its operational efficiency.
