Alam Flora Launches C.R.E.W 2025 and 'Hero Gaya Kerja 2025' Initiatives to Recognise Employee Excellence

Alam Flora Sdn. Bhd. ("Alam Flora"), a subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Berhad ("Malakoff"), launched its Compactor Rewards For Effort and Work Excellence ("C.R.E.W") 2025 and 'Hero Gaya Kerja 2025' initiatives on 21 May 2025 at Depoh Batu Muda, Kuala Lumpur. The event was officiated by Alam Flora's Chief Executive Officer, Shariman Yusuf Mohamed Zain.

The launch was held concurrently across all Depots and Mustering Points within Alam Flora's operational areas, highlighting a shared commitment to fostering a high-performance culture and recognising the vital contributions of employees across the organisation. Both the C.R.E.W 2025 and 'Hero Gaya Kerja 2025' programmes were introduced to celebrate employees who consistently demonstrate excellence in carrying out their daily responsibilities, maintain a professional and polished appearance and embody positive work ethics and attitudes.

These initiatives reflect Alam Flora's continuous efforts to promote a culture of accountability, teamwork and pride in one's work. By acknowledging the dedication, discipline and commitment shown by its employees, the organisation aims to inspire a workforce that is motivated, engaged and aligned with Alam Flora's vision of delivering world-class, sustainable waste management services.
