On Tuesday, 6 May 2025, SATSSB had the pleasure of hosting 30 students from the Department of Information and Communication Technology, Politeknik Mersing, for an insightful industrial visit at Senai International Airport. Led by their Programme Coordinator, Ts Nurulfarida binti Mohamad Nadzri, the group explored the world of IT security and more.
Cik Nur Dayana Ibrahim, Manager of Business Development (Aero), kicked things off by sharing SATSSB's journey, key milestones, and achievements in an engaging corporate presentation, subsequently, Encik Azwafi Abdul Wahab, Manager of IT Services, then guided the students through our IT environment, highlighting the existing and latest tech innovations that power airport operations.
To complete the experience, the students were then taken on a guided tour of the Cargo Terminal, led by Encik Shah Ikhram Ahmad, Manager of Airport Services.
The visit allows for the students to gain understanding and knowledge about the industry's technological and operational demands. This industrial visit underscores SATSSB's commitment to fostering educational initiatives and developing future industry leaders.
